I have been involved in the Internet and surrounding technologies since 1994, implementing, managing and mentoring teams working on many top Brands. From Brand Strategy & Graphic Design through to User Experience. Equally comfortable online and offline across multiple platforms.

I focus on User Centred Design that delivers simple, meaningful results.

I’m a confident people person, who designs and delivers courses, speaking to small and large audiences. I enjoy mentoring and managing people, helping them to flourish and reach their full potential.

I have a vast array of skills, having worked across all major OS’s throughout the years.

I use all kinds of tools to ensure a timely finished product, from paper, various pieces of usability and design software right the way through to text editors. I like to think the project defines the tools and I will do what I need to make sure I use the best available toolbox.

In depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, I’ve been using it before it had a version number.

Usability wise, pencil & paper, Axure, Balsamiq, illustrator, Visio, Omnigraffle and various other tools. Almost everything I do starts out on paper first.

Why WordPress?

Usability is often about human expectation, and the convergence of principles. The WordPress (or CMS) template has gradually evolved over the last few years, to not only drive usability but also be driven by usability. It is logical to embrace this technology and try to learn more about how we can develop it.
